I have had good service from the time I requested a quote. There was a problem when the first installation team came and dicovered that I had terracotta tiles and not cement tiles as different fixings were required. However, I was contacted very quickly and had a new installation date arranged and the team came and carried out the installation efficiently and at the stated time. They cleaned up everything after they finished and the electrician took me through the use of the inverter. I am quite satisfied with all of the service. Noel, order no.79566

Installer was very ruff and left a lot of rubbish in my roof and on my front lawn also when asked why or Foxtel now doesn't work after he installed it he said he didn't do anything but when I got up in roof found cables have been ripped out and left in ceiling so had to pay Foxtel to come out and fix

Too early to tell as i just had my solar installed. But so far so good. Melvin was fantastic to work with. He was helpful with any questions i needed to know. The installers were nice too and also answered any queries i was unsure of eg. how everything works.

Joe from Sunboost was helpful in getting the best solar deal for my household. He answered all of my concerns and explained all the benefits of getting a new solar system.

I bought a 9.35 kWh system. Installation by Sunboost was a competent and quick job and the panels now seem to be working well .. although I have only had them for 3 days so far ... more time will tell. I bought 2kWh of panels 8 years ago and they have always performed faultlessly. Two minor issues with Sunboost are (1) The cable run to wire my house was found to be more than the standard length allowed in the Sunboost quote, so this surprisingly cost me an extra $400 and could have been assessed at quote time. (2) the remote monitoring is difficult to set up, the instructions were brief and only relate to an Iphone, not android. Sunboost talked me through this process, but it would be better if the on site installers left this all going for me.

good work by the lads doing the install. very quick and effective. quick turnaround in regards to technical assistance. was happy with the overall experience and obvisously the cost. currently generating good kilowatts

Service was excellent. Installed by experienced and competent workers. Every stage was explained in detail and any questions answered. Roy was very helpful. No problems, very prompt. All mess was cleaned.

everything went smoothly no issues any time i called my query was sorted I am not big on praise hence my short text. I dont know what else to say.

Just installed our solar panels 19/02/19. The electrical work done by Patel failed to notify that they drilled another hole on the rendered wall and put silicone. Not acceptable and not happy Jan! I would like this get fix calling for Blake and Roy from sunboost.
