SunBoost sales guy was very rude and pushy ring 2/3 times a day telling me I need to pay the deposit now I asked him to stop calling me and I will call him he still rang the last time he rang me he said I have to pay the deposit now or I will have to pay full price or buy it from someone else I am going to take his advice and buy my solar from someone else Stay away from SunBoost

No matter how many times you ring, they say they will fix it and how sorry they are. The installers say its SUNBOOST who don't know anything and its there problem. SUNBOOST say its the installers who are supposed to fix it and it is there responsibility. Calls go unanswered or replied to, TEXT messages making appointments continually missed without notice or apology. The purchaser left to sort out SA power networks and Retailer and the switch board Six months down the track and still switches not secured on the roof and further appointments missed without advice and the system not connected. The roof is leaking where the pannels were installed and the ceiling collapsed inside (We have been waiting for a week for someone to attend but they failed to show up at three alloted times.) Continually passed from sales department to install department to other people who say they will fix it. Absolutely dismal poor customer service and performance. STAY AWAY from this company as you have no face to face contact. They claim on the website to have an office in Westpac building in Adelaide that doesn't exist. The phone no is connected to a telemarketing switch board that won't fix the problem.

Was told our power bills would be under $50 or credit if we installed their panels. Well our bills are over $125 ,each quarter so for just two pensioners not worth all that out lay.

Forever being cancelled multiple times at last minute im over sunboost and their lies ,who calls last minute hours before installation oh wait sunboost do over and over ,im sick of the lies and no shows wish i had never heard of this mob ,for anyone looking at getting solar keep looking dont get the lies and fake promises i have from sunboost

When doing research I was told by the salesman we'd only fit 12-15 panels on our roof but that this would be enough to see significant savings, sweet! We ended up with 17 panels, the panels used were 275w when other companies were using the near 300w panels so I thought we'dsave half a power bill in savings. Currently we receive very little in savings using this system (last bill we saved around $30) and will take a lifetime to pay for itself in savings. Installation was good but didn�t hook them up to my house at all didn�t comply with the electrical standards three years later still got no feedback off my solar panels company did nothing for me at all other than argue with me would not recommend them to anyone

I've installed 10.3KW solar on 6th March 2021. It generates just 0.2KW / day and it is not performing the way it meant to be. Sunboost kept saying they will fix it, but they failed to. It's been almost 3 months and I've spent $5291 for nothing

At first it took all day to get the wifi connected. We then notice that our system is not functioning. Advised Sunboost and now 2 day slater it is still not working and has not been since 8th of February. We believe the monitoring should have been set up at installation not now some 5 months later. We are losing $80 per day since the system stopped working and now over 2 days trying to get them to send a repair person, has been an ordeal with them wanting photos however giving me confusing instruction. If I could get it removed and a refund I would. Do not engage "sunboost"

We paid for Sunboost to be installed months ago, either they can�t provide the necessary documentation to our builder or they are do not hold the correct safety paperwork. Not happy

Despite assurances from AUSGRID that approval was given Sunboost refused to install our panels. [Name Removed] offered a substantial discount for their product and his message is still played on their phone message.
