I recently had a fan failure alarm appear on my inverter. I contacted Tom at Sunboost who in turn was immediately in conversation with the supplier and a repair action was raised. Through continued follow up from Tom and testing, the error was resolved with the inverter currently functioning correctly.I thank Tom for providing a positive, professional and thorough service in his pursuit of a successful outcome.
