The installation of our solar was simple and efficient.The workmen were very professional and approachable with my many questions.I had cause to have further contact with Sunboost due to a monitoring issue and this was investigated and a very satisfactory resolution was achieved.

We got Frunious invertor n 10KW superior panels with top quality for solar from Sunboost, less than 2 years. Its making loud noise time to time since it got installed. Matter got resolved each time I rang them. It's been at least 3 to 4 times I rang them when it's too much to endure n unbearable noises. It's not been satisfactory as noise happening on cooler days as well. I expressed my concern and they were taken seriously and prompt action and regular follow ups. Last dealing was with Michael and he had been polite, professional and proactive, he got issue resolved in couple of days as software required update from Frunious head office. Problems do occur but it's important to have support when needed. I would give 10 out of 10 for service. Thanks Michael

Fairly simple process dealing with Sunboost Solar, office staff always polite, professional and helpful right through the process. Quality of work by the installers was very good, they were friendly, patient due to my unavailability at times and explained in detail how to interface with the system through the app. They left site clean and the system is working perfectly.�
