Firstly, if this review is for the service from Jenny when assisting with my support call on the 7th of January, then no issues and her service was great.
The installation process itself has been far from the same.
Firstly at the time of installation, 2 panels were taken away as they would not fit on the roof. Had I not seen them being returned, then I�m not sure that I would have known or been refunded. Even head office were not aware until I advised them.
Subsequent to this, there was no contact from Sunboost to my electricity supplier after 2 weeks. I needed to organise this myself.
3 weeks from installation, I was asked to provide photos of the installation to allow for the claim of government rebates. This involved me needing to climb on my roof. I�m not sure why I needed to do this when the installers could have taken these.
When the net meter had been installed. There was little or no guidance on what to do next, I had to google it to find out. Even more annoying was the fact that the wifi connectors had been left in bags on the floor in my garden. I had to install these myself and again, google search to work out how to connect them. Had I not being somewhat IT savvy, this would not have been possible.
Subsequent to me turning the system on myself, I had over voltage errors on the inverters. After calling your support department (again, Jenny was great), it turned out that voltage needed to be set on the inverters. Again, something that should have been organised by Sunboost.
Extremely dissatisfied with the end to end process for the installation. I will not recommend Sunboost considering the very poor post installation support.
