Sunboost^® Solar Panel System Reviews

Our inverter went into Alarm mode. After speaking to Vince our account manager, he transfered me to Monica in service department. Together we went through the inverter menu and successfully got the inverter back on line. I really thought the warranty claim would be a major issue, but everything went smoothly, and for that, I would gladly recommend SUNBOOST to anyone after a solar installation. Staff were easy to deal with for getting the process started and the installers were great. Very quick and only took half a day to install. Didn't realise that it was this easy.

From when we called about the advert on TV, to installation the process was very smooth with no problems. Installation team were punctual and professional. Thanks Rex for the organising.

Oscar whom I dealt with over the phone was good. Was happy dealing with him. The Installation Guys were even better. Was very happy with there work and explained everything to me very well.

Sunboost did not confirm space required for 48 panels. The onsite Installer was very good and resolved issue and placed 24 panels on house and 24 panels on shed. Overall experience quite good, but there were a few communications gaps, but got resolved OK after a few emails. Product good and working well, hopefully very low bills moving forward

Installed in May 2019. Lengthy sales process with constant phone calls by pushy sales staff. Installation and punctuality were good. Managed to get the promised number of panels installed. After sales follow-up poor/average. So far so good with 20 panels producing around 15kwh per day during winter with shading issues from neighbouring trees after 1.30pm. Still waiting for call back to silicone around some components.

The service and support has been great from both Jacob and also Monika. Helping from installing to inverter and wifi help and account activation. I will be recommending Sunboost to family and friends.

We purchased an inverter. Kevin answered all our questions & kept in touch whilst we were deciding. However, although the original quote for 2 inverters was excellent we didn't know Sunboost could supply yet another. We spent valuable time meanwhile, researching the market. Because this was the only company to properly follow up on our original inquiry, we were able to continue the conversation with Kevin and get the product we preferred. He is giving us good after sales service as we need more tutoring re the internet connection to our smart phone etc. We are delighted that Sunboost is willing for us to be completely satisfied, although the inverter is installed and working properly. And if there are any problems with it in future we feel we can rely on this company to keep up the communication, which is a very important aspect of having a system fully operational for the life of our panels. I've heard some bad internet reviews on sunboost but lucky I dismissed them and went and tried them anyway. Would have given them 5 stars.it wasn't bad in anyway they just misplaced the paperwork to send to my electricity company to have the Smart Metre installed but a simple phone call fixed it and it was not long before they submitted the paperwork. The installers were fast and friendly and they installed on the day they said they would. It all went smoothly for me. PS lots of people have been complaining about the smart metres it's their electricity companies fault not sunboosts. Electricity companies are dragging their feet and having few installers to put the smart metres in, that's why we were waiting up to 6 7 weeks for the solar to be installed. Very frustrating here you have solar panel sitting on your roof and no way to use them(so you're losing revenue on account of your energy company) blame the energy companies tell him to pull their socks up. There has been many complaints about this on the internet, The guy who installed my Smart Metre told me some people have been waiting up to a year what a joke.

My solar system is great. It's doing it's job with no problems. Even on cloudy days it still making electricity. Wow. And my power bill is very low after I got twenty cents feed in tariff. All staff at Sunburst are doing good work. Friendly and courteous. Thanks.
