Sunboost^® Solar Panel System Reviews

Today 19th feb the day of instalation. I get another call with all sorts of upgrades I will need to instal the solar, I was fuming. I have been waiting all this time to have the solar instaled. So I told them to cancel the job again and refund my deposit today. I received a call from the manager saying "Sorry we made a mistake, we got you mixed up with another customer the price is still the same" sounds like a script to me. By this time there is no way I will do business with this sort of company. Twice they tried to extort more money from me. I have decided to go with a local business. Beware of this mob, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. What a shamefull way to do business. I'm sick of these ripoff merchants. Please buyer beware.

Unprofessional and pushy sales staff. Don't recommend this company at all

The solar panels from Sunboost have never functioned properly since installation, and the inexpensive Solis inverter consistently displays a red light. Additionally, the subcontractors they employed were rough and caused damage to my property during installation. Despite my complaint the company promised a callback that never materialised. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.

Still no resolution. Someone was meant to turn up and fix the issue on Tuesday, didn't have the 4 parts required. Now Friday and they have not contacted me. I made contact and asked what parts are required. Sourced them my self from a close by supplier and provided this information to sunboost. This was after sunboost said they need to be ordered as they are not a stocked item. The guy on the phone new asked for details of where these were. I am doing the job that sunboost should.

48 hours before install they cancelled and have never responded ,i was harassed into signing a acknowledgement of reduced capacity,literally bombarded with phone call from indian staff telling me i needed to sign, every day at one point, eventually i relented but they kept my 200 deposit and now no contact whatsoever

Still having a bad issues for months now and still not fixed. They are still giving me the runaround not good at all

I have found Sunboost to be completely untrustworthy and lie. Provide cheap equipment and not take responsibility for there poor service

It's been a week since I informed them its going to unviable for us to proceed with the installation work due to extent of upgrade works required to the meter box to maximise gains from the solar system. I am still waiting for Suboost to refund the deposit. Sunboost please expedite.

Wanted to purchase a system and was told by Clay that he would have to up the price by $50 so the system could make the relevant discounts ... First Red Flag Next $1010 was taken as a deposit instead of the $1000 stated ... never mentioned the surcharge if done by card and i asked if there was any difference if bank transfer or card and he responded "no it just gets approved quicker by card" .... Second red flag.Now he is saying its mine and the banks problem to follow up ... terrible customer service and lies to get you to sign with them
